Originally from Los Angeles, Rachel and Chris came to Italy seeking a truly personalised and luxurious experience. My husband, Lorenzo, and I not only photographed the elopement but we planned it as well. We crafted a week-long celebration for the two of them, focused on the best of Italy's Amalfi Coast. 

They started their trip in a stunning penthouse of a Positano cliff-side hotel, Hotel Marincanto, following which we did a first look, popped a bottle of Prosecco and called their parents in LA to celebrate. We then took another chilled bottle of bubbles to go, Rachel's fresh bouquet from Flora Garden Positano and went for a drive in a vintage car along the Amalfi coast. Thanks to the wonderful team at Spider Lifestyle for the 1960's Mercedes! Rachel wore a beautiful gown by Anthropologie with hair and makeup by the incredible team at Beauty Livery.

For their vow exchange, we found a secluded garden terrace with a view - there was no officiant—just the two of them (and me who pronounced them as husband and wife!). We then headed to Amalfi where we took some beautiful shots and ended the day with the luxurious dining experience at one of the Amalfi coast's most iconic hotels, Il San Pietro. Here, they toasted each other and shared a cake for two after dinner to cap the night off.

The next morning, the celebration continued with a private boat tour to Capri, stopping in at the famous Stanley Tucci restaurant in Nerano, Lo Scoglio. We can confirm that the Zucchini pasta 100% lived up to the hype. This elopement embodies the perfect experience for couples dreaming of a luxurious, no-fuss elopement in Italy, and we were so honoured they chose us to curate and capture it.
